We’re looking for a passionate Event Coordinator to join our amazing team and help us deliver exceptional event experiences throughout the year!

• Venue Sourcing: Research and secure inspiring venues for our events.
• Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Event Logistics: Organise schedules, budgets, and critical event documents.
• Project Management: Lead smaller events while supporting larger productions.
• On-Site Support: Be hands-on during live events, from setup to de-rig.
• Sales: Work on sales pitches and proposals to learn the key information needed to succeed in the events industry.
• Social Media: Create engaging content to showcase our events and journey.

• A “can-do” attitude and eagerness to take on challenges.
• Proven work ethic with experience in events, admin, or customer service.
• Creativity, collaboration, and a great sense of humour.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and how to use them effectively.
• Full UK driving license and access to a car.
