This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading Audio Visual suppliers as a Junior Project Coordinator, supporting some of the biggest live events and experiences in the industry.

About the Role

As a Junior Project Coordinator, you’ll be joining a young, friendly, and fast-paced team, providing vital admin and logistical support to the Project Coordinators. You’ll help ensure the smooth delivery of live events by assisting with things like:

  • Booking travel and accommodation for crew
  • Supporting with scheduling and event timelines

  • General admin and coordination tasks
  • Working closely with internal teams and occasionally going on-site to events

You’ll be using computers daily and CRM software, so strong computer literacy is essential – along with confidence working with numbers and excellent attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

No previous industry experience is required – just a great attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organised in a fast-moving environment. You’ll be trained and supported by a brilliant team of three Project Coordinators, with plenty of opportunities to grow and develop your career in live events.

Ideal traits include:

  • Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with numbers and general admin tasks
  • A natural communicator – friendly, clear, and professional
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Willingness to work full-time onsite (Mon–Fri)
  • Interest in the live events or AV industry is a bonus!

If you’re looking for your first step into the world of events, love being organised, and enjoy working with people – we’d love to hear from you!
