About Us
At Camden, we're not just responding to change - we're driving it. With Euston on the brink of major transformation, from HS2 impacts to new development models, we're focused on delivering homes that reflect the needs of our communities and the ambitions of the borough. Join us at a pivotal time as we shape the future of Euston together.
The Role
As Euston Housing Project Manager, you will coordinate the Council's contribution to the Euston Housing Delivery Group (EHDG), working with local and national partners including Network Rail, GLA, TFL, and HS2 Ltd, to ensure housing delivery meets the aspirations set out in the Euston Area Plan.
Your role will span stakeholder engagement, project delivery, policy development, and funding management. You will work closely with Camden's Community Investment Programme team and local residents to co-produce a Housing Compact, embedding community needs at the heart of every housing outcome.
From developing strategy to delivering funding bids and overseeing consultants, you'll ensure housing-related projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with purpose.
About You
You bring experience managing complex housing or regeneration projects, particularly within multi-agency environments. You understand the challenges of delivering housing in today's market and are well-versed in policy areas such as placemaking, net zero housing, retrofit, and Passive House design.
You are highly organised, an effective problem solver, and a skilled communicator who builds trust with internal teams and external partners alike. You thrive in fast moving, evolving contexts and have a passion for working collaboratively with communities to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Working for Camden
We're ready to welcome your ideas, your views, and your rebellious spirit. Help us redefine how we're supporting people, and we'll redefine what a career can be. If that sounds good to you, we'd love to talk.
At Camden, you'll receive a host of benefits as well as joining a flexible working employer.
