About Us
At Camden, we're committed to building a borough where no one is left behind. The regeneration of Euston, shaped by the impacts of HS2 and major station redevelopment, offers us an opportunity to radically rethink how our streets work for residents, workers, and visitors alike.

We're looking for a Healthy Streets Project Manager to join our Euston Regeneration team and lead the delivery of the Euston Healthy Streets Programme, transforming key routes such as Euston Road, Hampstead Road, and Eversholt Street. Working in close partnership with Transport for London (TfL), you'll play a key role in ensuring Camden's streets are safer, greener, and designed for everyone.

The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of the Euston Healthy Streets initiative, aligning it with Camden's wider regeneration goals and Transport Strategy. From budgeting and stakeholder engagement to securing funding and managing risk, you'll be at the centre of delivering schemes that promote active travel, improved air quality, and safer environments.

You will represent Camden in cross-agency meetings with stakeholders such as TfL, the Department for Transport, Network Rail, Lendlease, HS2 Ltd, and the Greater London Authority. You will also help manage community engagement and ensure local voices are reflected in the design and delivery of public realm improvements.

About You
You are an experienced project manager with a background in transport, regeneration or urban realm initiatives. You understand the challenges of delivering infrastructure projects in complex urban settings and can work collaboratively across organisations and disciplines. You are confident navigating political environments, balancing competing priorities, and working with communities to deliver meaningful change.

You bring strong analytical skills, budget and risk management experience, and a solution-focused approach. Whether leading on procurement, engaging with the public, or briefing senior leaders, you are calm under pressure and committed to making a tangible difference to the borough's streets and public spaces.

Working for Camden
We're ready to welcome your ideas, your views, and your rebellious spirit. Help us redefine how we're supporting people, and we'll redefine what a career can be. If that sounds good to you, we'd love to talk.

At Camden, you'll receive a host of benefits as well as joining a flexible working employer. Click HERE to see full details of our benefits.

Inclusion and Diversity
We want Camden Council to be a great place to work and to ensure that our communities are represented across our workforce. A vital part of this is ensuring we are a truly inclusive organisation that encourages diversity in all respects, including diversity of thinking. We particularly welcome applications from Black, Asian and those of Other Ethnicities, LGBT+, disabled and neurodiverse communities to make a real difference to our residents so that equalities and justice remains at the heart of everything we do.

Anonymised Application - in keeping with Camden's commitment to inclusion the recruitment to this role is anonymised and supports the objective of reducing the impact of unconscious bias.

Asking for Adjustments
Camden is committed to making our recruitment practices barrier-free and as accessible as possible for everyone. This includes making adjustments or changes for disabled people, neurodiverse people or people with long-term health conditions. If you would like us to do anything differently during the application, interview or assessment process, including providing information in an alternative format, please contact us on 020 7974 6655, at resourcing@camden.gov.uk or post to 5 Pancras Square, London, N1C 4AG.
