What you will do

  • Brand Safeguarding: Ensure all multimedia materials adhere to PGIM's brand and digital guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all channels. Work in close partnership with and as an extension of our global design and digital teams to ensure best practice standards are met and brand and digital stability is preserved. Meet regularly with these groups on pipeline visibility and to work on shared initiatives.
  • Creative Content Execution: Develop multimedia content for marketing campaigns, including digital experience/web layout, thought leadership collateral, social media posts, display advertising, event branding, video and audio.
  • Optimised, Integrated Design: Optimise a design standard end-to-end on marketing campaigns to ensure consistency and fluency across platforms and channels.
  • Reactive Design: Meet reactive editing/art-working requirements to take advantage of short-term media opportunities or respond to regional, regulatory, or geopolitical developments.
  • Interactive Design: Design interactive elements such as animations, motion graphics, and interactive PDFs to enhance thought leadership materials.
  • Communicating Complex Ideas: Create visuals that convey complex financial concepts in compelling and simplified ways, utilising briefs, marketing colleagues and our investment writer to understand the messages that need to be conveyed.
  • Market Analysis & Trends: Stay up to date with design trends and emerging multimedia technologies to ensure PGIM's content remains innovative and competitive.

What you will bring

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, or digital media production, preferably within financial services, asset management, or related industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical Design skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.), as well as other design tools (Ceros, Figma, Sketch, etc.). Audio experience in Adobe Audition would be desirable although not essential. Proficient in PowerPoint.
  • Web Design & Animation Skills: Knowledge of web design principles, UI/UX design, and web animation tools (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, After Effects, Animate, or similar). Proficient in AEM or another Content Management System.
  • Video Production Skills: Experience with basic video production and editing.
  • Creative Vision: A portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and versatility in design across various digital formats.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Pipeline management: Ability to communicate and meet appropriate deadlines, managing and communicating pipeline urgency appropriately, and with support from the Head of Marketing, EMEA.

  • Experience in Financial Services: or other regulated B2B business desirable but not essential.
  • A desire to deepen understanding: of the asset management business, our client base, and how design can elevate our brand identity essential.

What we offer you

  • Private Medical Insurance: PGIM offers private medical insurance and pays the full premium on behalf of all employees.
  • Annual Leave: 25 days at full pay.
  • Retirement Savings Plan: Employees receive a company contribution of 10% basic annual salary and a maximum employer-matching contribution of 5% of basic annual salary.
  • Life Assurance & Income Protection: Life Assurance for 12 times your basic annual salary, up to a max benefit of £1.8million. 60% of your basic annual salary for a limited payment terms of 5 years, at the end of which a capital sum of 2x your basic annual salary is payable.
