Job Description
European Sales Director-Beverages
Sales Strategy Development: Define and execute a strategic sales plan to enhance the client's footprint across the UK and European markets, focusing on QSR, retail, and leisure channels.
Key Account Management: Establish, maintain, and expand partnerships with top-tier customers across QSR, retail, and leisure sectors, building strong, lasting relationships.
Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing European sales team, ensuring alignment with the client's business goals and driving revenue growth.
Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing opportunities, and strategic adjustments.
Financial Management: Oversee budgets, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics to maximise profit margins and deliver against growth targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams at the UK HQ, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure brand consistency and alignment on supply chain and pricing strategies.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all activities comply with local and European regulations, providing regular updates and reports to the UK HQ.
The Successful Applicant
European Sales Director-Beverages
Experience: You will be in a senior sales role within the soft beverage sector, with a strong track record of sales growth in QSR, retail, and leisure channels across the UK and Europe.
Languages: Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, or Italian).
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UK and European beverage landscapes, with a well-established network within QSR, retail, and leisure channels.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate sales teams across multiple regions.
Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills, with experience in budget management, forecasting, and market analysis.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing and negotiating at all levels.
Travel Readiness: Flexibility to travel extensively across European markets to meet clients and support sales teams.
