They are seeking a European Travel Specialist and a South America Travel Expert to join their dynamic team. Job Description:

1. To ensure sales targets are consistently met and exceeded
2. To provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer journey, from initial enquiry to the client’s return from their holiday
3. To handle holiday enquiries professionally, offering helpful and precise guidance
4. To manage incoming calls from direct clients and travel agency partners, assess their needs, and recommend suitable holiday itineraries
5. To process online bookings and respond to email enquiries efficiently
6. To manage payments accurately
7. To attend relevant industry workshops and events to enhance knowledge and networking
8. To contribute to the development of the company’s holiday programmes by suggesting areas for improvement, innovation, and new destination ideas
9. To travel abroad to familiarise yourself with the countries we feature, ensuring first-hand knowledge of the destinations

Experience Required:

1. Must have previous sales experience within the travel industry
2. Strong geographical knowledge of Europe or South America
3. Excellent written English
4. Strong sales techniques and professional telephone manner
5. Experience working to reach sales targets
6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
8. Strong relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and colleagues
