Our client, a Global Food Group, is partnering with QLM Search to appoint a European Managing Director.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for setting strategic objectives and driving business performance across all European Markets.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Full responsibility for P&L and delivering strategic goals in line with expectations;
2. Creating and developing win-win relationships with key customers;
3. Identifying growth opportunities whilst managing risk and aligning strategic goals with operational capability;
4. Leading a small but high performing team across all functions to create a collaborative environment and ensure short and long term objectives are met.

Minimum Requirements:

To apply, you must be a highly motivated, inspirational commercial business leader with significant experience of leading a Division of a high growth branded Food manufacturer with a broad geographical footprint.

You will have shaped and implemented commercial strategy and developed operational excellence to deliver strategic objectives. You will have a flair for leading and developing people and the drive and communication skills to build a world class business.
