Job Description:

Mission: Manage the relationship with assigned European Key Customer in order to increase our market share and profitability.

• Creates, develops and manages systematically and pro-actively effective business relationships with European Key Customers to achieve sales goals and develop long term partnerships.
• Implements and executes the European Customer´s agreed Account Plan.
• Builds the Saica Flex brand identity and develops Saica Flex’s value proposition.
• Ensures effective assessments of sales results and takes corrective action to guarantee achievement of sales objectives.
• Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts Sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
• Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Works with Market Innovation Manager to fulfil customer expectations on Innovation.
• Travels throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective European Key Customers to increase product awareness.
• Participates in trade shows and fairs and supports events.
• Fluent in English, French or Spanish C1 desired.
