Job DescriptionWe are looking for candidates wanting to pursue a career in Operations, to join our 2-year graduate development pathway as a project administrator.
Join us in building a European Service Academy! You'll play a key role in creating a standardised career pathway for Service Colleagues across 18 countries. Empowering your colleagues to become experts in Pest Control, Hygiene Services, and Indoor Plants by developing and delivering top-notch training and development materials.
You will work closely with Technical experts and external trainers, to create engaging training content that looks professional and engaging.
The Graduate PathwayOur European Graduate Development Pathway is a 2-year plan designed to kickstart your career in your chosen field. You will join the Company as part of a cohort of Graduates in different parts of the European Head Office team where you will have the opportunity to develop yourself and your skills, giving you plenty of chances to grow and really make your mark.
This exciting two-year program includes integration, development, and project work. Year one focuses on getting comfortable in the role, with a mentor to guide you, and development opportunities alongside other Graduates within the business. Year two involves a Graduate cohort business project to own and run, as well as the potential opportunity for secondments. This pathway may evolve during the program.
QualificationsWhat we are looking for:- Relevant degree (advantageous though not required)
- Clean Driving License
- Able to travel to our Head Office in Crawley, UK on a semi-regular basis
- Applicants based within commuting distance of any of Europe Regional office locations will be considered.

- Demonstrable IT Literacy
- Creative and able to make training materials look interesting and engaging
- Self-starter
- Able to work productively in flexible/remote environments
- Second European Language (desirable)
