EUC Migration Consultant – London – Hybrid (2 days in office)
We’re seeking a skilled End User Compute (EUC) Migration Consultant for a leading global media business to lead the transition from a Microsoft-based EUC environment to Google platforms. This role involves end-to-end oversight of the assessment, planning, and execution phases to ensure a seamless migration.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and assess the current Microsoft EUC setup (Windows OS, Office 365, AD, Intune, OneDrive, etc.).
Build a detailed technical profile, identifying system dependencies and risks.
Design and implement a migration strategy to Google Workspace, Chrome OS, Google Drive, and related services.
Evaluate application compatibility and propose alternatives where needed.
Deliver a gap analysis between Microsoft and Google environments with mitigation plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs and minimize disruption.
Develop roadmaps, technical plans, and change management strategies.
Ensure security and compliance in coordination with IT security teams.
Define training and user adoption strategies for a smooth transition.
Provide technical support throughout and after migration.
Required Skills & Experience:
Deep experience with Microsoft EUC environments and Google Workspace tools (Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, Intune, OneDrive).
Proven track record in large-scale EUC migrations.
Solid understanding of cloud services, identity management, and application virtualization.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Experience with scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, Google Scripts) is a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
Google Workspace Administrator Certification
Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Certification
ITIL, PMP, or similar in project/change management
