Wipro has been serving clients in the ETRM industry since 2007. Our dedicated ETRM practice is spread across the globe helping clients in their business and digital transformation journeys. Responsibilities

• Growth: Work with the leadership team to define a sound business growth strategy for designated strategic account(s). Ensure the consulting business opens new business opportunities and expands Wipro’s client positioning.
• Relationships: As a Lead Endur Architect you bring deep expertise and good industry connections to develop the consulting and advisory business.
• Solutions: Identifying & defining differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients.
• Customer Centricity: Delivering customer value as a central theme across all activities. Ensuring Wipro is delivering as a partner and aligned to client/customer value and strategic goals.
• Branding: Leverage the above to help create strong Wipro Market Positioning and increasing Wipro’s mindshare.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Working closely with Front/Middle/Back Office, Operations, and Finance business users and be responsible for gathering, documenting, and delivering requirements and use cases through to user acceptance and implementation.
• Partnering with business users you will work as part of a diverse project team and be recognized as an Endur expert.
• You will own, drive, and manage the solution design and architecture and will lead all phases of the implementation.
• The Solution Architect is accountable to the Project Manager for the architecture of a solution being developed and implemented until the successful deployment of the solution. This includes:

Being the point of call for all architecture aspects of an IT Project.
Being able to address and integrate the: Business Process, Data, Application, Technical, and Information Security aspects of an IT Solution.
Ensure projects solution architecture is documented using the templates, System Architect tooling and conforms to standards.
Coach detailed designers and business analysts in projects during their design work.
Reviewing and accepting the detailed design of an IT solution.
Take an active role in documenting, improving & maintaining the Reference Models in Systems Architect. Lifting project deliverables to the Conceptual and Logical levels.

Who we are looking for

Driving Transformation

• Ability to probe customers, engage in conversations to uncover the underlying problems and shape the challenges into structured problem statements.
• Comes with a good level of transformation proposition definition and engagement shaping using core and disruptive technologies to solve business problems for tangible business benefits at large enterprise clients.
• Ability to drive and lead the strategic execution, manage change, build relationships with clients, partners, motivate teams and achieve results.
• Good understanding of IT and digital technology, including its application to the CETRM business unit.

Technical Skills

• Extensive experience of technical and functional experience on ETRM platforms.
• Candidate must be able to design, estimate and deliver new IT functionality to front, middle office.
• Business knowledge in Power, LNG and Natural Gas Supply and Trading activities in UK/Europe Markets.
• Good knowledge of commodity and energy trading domain and trade life cycle.
• Deep technical experience on Endur solution, technical design, configuration, and development.
• Good experience in JVS, OpenComponent and other Endur development technologies.
• Candidates should have exposure to OpenLink table structure and should have the ability to write SQL.
• Must have experience on Deal modelling, Settlements and Scheduling module. Experience in Report Builder and APM will be a plus.
• Hands-on experience on Endur interfacing, environment upgrades, Interface setup and Endur technical configurations.
• Provide solution architecture development, consultancy and assurance to projects, making sure applications are well designed and conform to client standards and reference/segment architectures.

Support Sales & Hands on Delivery

• Good leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners and internal organisation.
• Supports generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and has the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into successful outcomes.
• Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.
• Know-how to comprehend complex scenarios, propose effective implementation plans & solutions in tackling challenges.

• Supports in the delivery of our organisational people strategy with strong collaboration from HR and Recruitment leads.
• Proactively seeks opportunities to attract top diverse talent at all levels.
