Overview

Wipro has been serving clients in the ETRM industry since 2007. Our dedicated ETRM practice is spread across the globe helping clients in their business and digital transformation journeys. We offer a complete range of efficient and cost-effective services in all areas of the ETRM industry from consulting & advisory, business transformation, IT services, managed services, and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Growth: Work with the leadership team to define a sound business growth strategy for designated strategic account(s).
• Relationships: As a Lead Business Analyst, bring deep expertise and good industry connections to develop the consulting and advisory business.
• Solutions: Identifying & defining differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients.
• Customer Centricity: Delivering customer value as a central theme across all activities.
• Branding: Leverage the above to help create strong Wipro Market Positioning.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Working closely with Front/Middle/Back Office, Operations and Finance business users to gather, document, and deliver requirements and use cases through to user acceptance and implementation.
• Partnering with business users as part of a diverse project team and being recognized as an Endur expert.
• Owning, driving, and managing the solution design and architecture and leading all phases of the implementation.
• Accountable to the Project Manager for the architecture of a solution being developed and implemented.

Who we are looking for

Driving Transformation

• Ability to probe customers and engage in conversations to uncover underlying problems.
• Good level of transformation proposition definition using core and disruptive technologies.
• Ability to drive and lead strategic execution and manage change.
• Good understanding of IT and digital technology, including its application to the CETRM business unit.

Technical Skills

• Extensive experience on ETRM platforms.
• Ability to design, estimate and deliver new IT functionality to front, middle office.
• Business knowledge in Power, LNG and Natural Gas Supply and Trading activities.
• Good knowledge of commodity and energy trading domain.
• Deep technical experience on Endur solution and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience on Endur interfacing and technical configurations.

Support Sales & Hands on Delivery

• Good leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills.
• Supports generating consulting business from new and existing accounts.
• Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi-shore consulting projects.

• Supports in the delivery of our organisational people strategy.
