Estimator – Steelwork

We are delighted to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator – Steelwork to join a highly regarded and well-established steel fabrication company based near Syston, Leicestershire.

The Role:

As an Estimator – Steelwork, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Reviewing and assessing project enquiries, including drawings and specifications.
2. Working on a variety of projects, such as stairs, balustrades, Juliet balconies, mezzanine floors, and small steel structures.
3. Conducting material take-offs and assigning accurate times and costs to the full scope of work.

What we’re looking for:

To excel in this position, you will need:

1. Proven experience as an Estimator within steelwork or architectural metalwork.
2. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
