Senior Estimator and Project Manager

Plymouth - with occasional travel

One of our clients, an Interior fit-out contractor, is looking to recruit a Senior Estimator & Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful applicant will play a key leadership role responsible for accurately estimating project costs and managing all phases of interior construction projects from inception to completion.

Daily duties will include:

1. Producing accurate and detailed quotations
2. Project managing commercial and educational premises refurbishments
3. Develop the project delivery processes, subcontractors, pricing and estimating procedures to deliver profitable projects
4. Liaise with Sales Team
5. Create work schedules and programmes for subcontractors to price from
6. Create detailed costed quotations

Suitable candidates:

1. Relevant and up to date qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Estimating or related field
2. Proven track record estimating and project management within the commercial and/or educational sector
3. Proficiency in construction estimating and project management tools such as MS project, Procore, FONN
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure

On offer:

1. Salary up to £60,000 for the right candidate
2. £6,000 Car Allowance
3. Profit share discretionary bonus scheme
