Reporting to JD Outdoors’ Director of Property, working closely with the JD Group Estates Team, the candidate will assist on the delivery of the Property Strategy for GO Outdoors, Blacks, Millets and other associated JD Outdoors businesses, with the aim to drive profitability through proactive management of the existing estate.
The varied JD Outdoors estate comprises approximately 250 stores, including freeholds, leaseholds and flexible tenancies and trades from high street, shopping centre, retail park and stand alone locations. The Estates Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the JD Outdoors Estate across the UK, IOM, and Channel Islands, assisting the Director of Property with the strategic growth of the business.
Location: JD Group, Hollins Brook Way, Pilsworth, BL9 8RR with Nationwide Travel required.
Working Rota: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, 40 hours per week.
