Position: Estates Manager
Location: Various Locations - Mainly London Region and Home Counties.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (hours may vary depending on the development and as per business demands)
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide estate management cover to a range of our site, overseeing day to day operational management and leading by example whilst adopting the Rendall and Rittner policies, procedures, and values.
- Ensure health and safety and statutory compliance onsite.
- Manage staff including appraisals, training and development, performance management as well as relevant employment related issues.
- Have a proven track record in delivering excellence, managing leaseholder queries, working safely, and managing a team environment.
- Be adaptable and flexible to transfer experience and knowledge to multiple Rendall & Rittner developments.
- Manage external contractors, property maintenance related matters and major works projects.
- Communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships with residents and contractors.
- Conduct site inspections, ensuring health & safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
- Understand budgets of service charge budgets and section 20 consultations, working closely with the property management team.
