The opportunity has arisen for this vacancy within the Housing Operations service area. You will provide a high quality, front line, specialist service focusing on the cleaning of communal areas within our housing stock, window cleaning and services relating to the management of our estates.
You will play a key role in ensuring our tenants and leaseholders receive a high level of service through regular monitoring and will play a key role in enhancing the look and feel of our communities.
You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to deliver value for money services with high customer service satisfaction levels. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of health and safety in the workplace with a particular focus on elements related to the service.
You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to achieve defined performance targets.
Applicants must have a driving licence that is valid in the UK.
An Enhanced check will be undertaken with the Disclosure and Barring Service to ensure that the successful candidate has no relevant convictions.
