A prestigious property developer is seeking a dedicated Estate Manager to take charge of a landmark West London site, featuring 900 units across five impressive blocks.

What You'll Do

As the Estate Manager, you will be the first point of contact for leaseholders and play a key role in the smooth running of the development. Your responsibilities will include:

• Resident Interaction: Acting as the primary contact for leaseholders, addressing their concerns, and fostering strong relationships.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Handling the day-to-day management of the estate, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard.
• Site Inspections: Conducting regular site walks to identify and address maintenance and operational needs.
• Maintenance Coordination: Overseeing contractors and ensuring timely resolution of minor repairs and maintenance issues.
• Compliance Support: Assisting with adherence to health & safety and building compliance requirements, reporting issues to the Senior Property Manager.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with the onsite team and the Senior Property Manager to ensure the estate operates effectively.
• Communication: Providing updates to leaseholders and assisting with notices, letters, and relevant administration.
