Estate Manager position at Rendall & Rittner (Coronation Square, London, E10 5UJ)

Location: Coronation Square, London, E10 5UJ

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730

Salary: £46,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent

Your working environment? Coronation Square is a stunning new build estate situated in Leyton, partially still under mobilisation and growing. At present we have beautiful high specification apartments across 8 buildings including some high-rise blocks and a community centre and nursery.

What makes a brilliant Estate Manager at Rendall & Rittner?

  • Experienced residential estate manager with a demonstrated track record in managing leasehold buildings.
  • Experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to, and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
  • Responsible for ensuring statutory compliance across your estate and good all-round knowledge across the Building Safety Act, FRA, GRA, Legionella, LOLER, etc.
  • A leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
  • Experience managing staff and relevant employment-related issues.
  • Overseen external contractors, property maintenance, and major works. Good knowledge of M&E and ability to utilise contractors to ensure value, quality, and speed of works.
  • Good understanding of plant rooms, managing PPM schedules, and carrying out visual inspections of the equipment.
  • Desirable to have existing mobilisation experience and understanding of what it takes to set a building live, including PPM's, managed contracts, and understanding of O&M's.
  • Always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development and contribute to amazing results.
  • Support your team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
  • Brilliant experiences in delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and managing a team environment. Lead, engage, and inspire others.
