Location: Coronation Square, London, E10 5UJ


Working Hours: Monday to Friday


Salary: £46,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)


Contract: Permanent

Your working environment

Coronation Square is a stunning new build estate situated in Leyton, partially still under mobilisation and growing. At present we have beautiful high specification apartments across 8 buildings including some high-rise blocks and a community centre and nursery.


What makes a brilliant Estate Manager at Rendall & Rittner?

  1. You will be an experienced residential estate manager with a demonstrated track record in managing leasehold buildings.
  2. You have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to, and have a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
  3. You are responsible for ensuring statutory compliance across your estate and have good all-round knowledge across the Building Safety Act, FRA, GRA, Legionella, LOLER etc.
  4. You will be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
  5. You will have experience managing staff and relevant employment-related issues.
  6. You have overseen external contractors, property maintenance, and major works.
  7. You will have good knowledge of M&E and the ability to utilise our contractors to ensure value, quality, and speed of works.
  8. You will have a good understanding of plant rooms, managing PPM schedules, and carrying out visual inspections of the equipment.
  9. It is desirable if you have existing mobilisation experience and know what it takes to set a building live, having put together PPMs, managed contracts, and understanding O&Ms.
  10. You are always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development and contribute to amazing results.
  11. Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
  12. You will have experiences in delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and managing a team environment.
  13. You will lead, engage, and inspire others.
