Job description
- Salary: £22,464 - £25,196 per annum
- Location: Maidstone - County Gate - covering estates in North Kent
- Hours: 36 per week
- Contract Type: Permanent
We are looking for a customer-focused Caretaker to join our Estate Services team in North Kent.
Duties will include inspecting and cleaning communal areas ensuring that our estates are kept clean and hazard free with high standards maintained. You'll be sweeping, mopping, litter picking and cleaning bin areas as well as carrying out health and safety checks.
Closing Date: Monday 31st March 2025 at midnight.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be able to travel across the North Kent region as required.
- Applicants must hold a full valid manual UK driving licence as you may be required to drive company vehicles for work use only.
