Duties of the role will include:
  1. Overseeing the sales process for property transactions, tracking progress from the point of offer acceptance through to exchange and completion.
  2. Being the primary contact for vendors, buyers, and solicitors, providing regular updates and answering inquiries throughout the sales process.
  3. Collaborating with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and facilitate smooth transactions.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and communications related to sales transactions in the CRM system and proactively chasing solicitors and buyers for updates, ensuring that all necessary information is provided to avoid delays in the transaction process.
  5. Identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays in the sales process, working with appropriate parties to find solutions.
  6. Staying informed about current market trends and property values to provide informed insights to clients and colleagues.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2 - 3 years previous experience in a similar role.
  2. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with all parties involved.
