About the Role

• This well-established and forward-thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to significantly increase its market share and to actively grow the business through valuations and subsequent listings while enhancing the reputation of the company for quality and performance.

Candidate Profile

• They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of Estate Agency and possess the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales and Listings. In other words, they are looking for the consummate deal maker who can see success, both in the immediate and long-term.

Requirements

• Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.

Compensation

• Basic salary GBP24,000 plus GBP2,500 car allowance or company car, with on-target earnings of GBP45,000. 2 Saturdays on, 1 off.
