An excellent opportunity for a career driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join a reputable independent agent within their office in Sheffield. My clients have an excellent reputation and are looking to add a personable, customer service driven candidate to their team.

Responsibilities:

• £25k basic salary plus commission
• Company pension scheme
• Mileage
• Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
• Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
• Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
• Following office procedures & policies
• Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
• Registering Applicants and attending viewings
• Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material

Qualifications:

• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
• You will be well spoken and well presented
• You will be target driven and ambitious
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of utmost importance
