• You will receive an initial 6 month guaranteed salary of up to GBP50,000 dependent on your level of experience whilst you build your sales pipeline.
• Thereafter, you will be offered a basic salary of up to GBP20,000 PLUS once you have passed your 3 month probation you will receive 0.5% of the office completions (paid monthly) of your personal listings being sold PLUS 0.5% of the office completions (paid monthly) for hitting your sales target with REALISTIC on target earnings of GBP50,000. Potential of up to 17.5% personal commission to be earned.

Key Responsibilities

• You will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Valuations and Listings in your area.
• You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.
• You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Key Objectives

• Valuation and Listing of residential properties, whilst maximising fees and for sale boards.

Compensation

• Basic salary to GBP20,000 plus up to 1% of the office completions paid monthly with realistic on target earnings of GBP50,000. 6 month guaranteed salary of up to GBP50,000.
