My clients have a lovely team and a great local reputation and are keen to add a diligent, customer service-driven negotiator who wants to quickly progress onto a valuer role with training.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator/Valuer – Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries
• Book viewings using the company’s system
• Complete customer records and update records in the system
• Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs
• Encourage second viewings; offers etc. where appropriate
• Enter customer viewing feedback onto the system
• Market new stock on all available media channels
• Negotiate and agree buyer offers
• Maintain and manage accurate administrative records
• Generate new business using the database
• Viewings

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator/Valuer – Experience Needed

• Previous experience as a Negotiator is essential.
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• You will have solid IT skills
• You will be well spoken and well presented
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of utmost importance
