About the Role:
Having seen a significant improvement in trading conditions with increased levels of new business across the board and as one of the towns market leading Estate Agents, they are now looking to expand on their existing talent of Top Class property professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day to day Estate Agency business working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services.
2. Increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets.
3. Set and review performance standards.
4. Develop team members and implement agreed business plans.
5. List properties onto the market for sale and to let, and sell letting properties.
6. Maintain a compliant business.

Requirements:
You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context, believing passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Compensation:
Basic salary to £30,000 depending on experience plus £250 per month (£3,000) car allowance with between 3% to 5% of net residential sales office pooled income depending on experience plus lettings commission. Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, Saturday 9.30am to 4.00pm (5 day working week to include Saturdays with a day off during the week). On target earnings of £50,000 to £55,000.
