THE ROLE
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Environment, Social and Governance Assistant to join the Production & Sourcing team at AllSaints. This is a brand new role reporting into the ESG Manager who will be responsible for leading, defining and delivering on a new corporate social responsibility strategy, focussing on our Supply Chain.

You will support the ESG Manager to ensure AllSaints continually develops its corporate reputation on Supply Chain, Ethical & Environmental responsibility and sustainability agenda both internally and externally, whilst delivering long term brand value, improving the reputation of AllSaints across its stakeholders, suppliers, customer & employees.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Managing & recording sustainability certificates across all raw materials from mills and suppliers, to ensure we can substantiate our sustainable claims
  • Understanding of standards such as the Textile Exchange suite, Leather Working Group and GOTS
  • Supporting the ESG Manager with supply base ESG initiatives
  • Managing and keeping up to date third party licences, contracts, and memberships with sustainable partners
  • Working with the ESG Manager to support supplier introduction, onboarding, and ongoing initiatives regarding ESG
  • Liaising with Production, Buying, Design, and Technical on day-to-day ESG supplier management
  • Working with suppliers and supporting the ESG Manager on improving the visibility of their ESG initiatives and claims
  • Support the wider team in delivering departmental ESG strategy
  • Ensure all ESG information is updated for supplier set ups
  • Provide administrative support to the ESG Manager
  • Other duties as required
