Our client, a prominent institution in the education sector, is currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their IT team on a contract basis. This role involves managing full lifecycle ERP implementations specifically with Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Financials, and Oracle Fusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the complete ERP lifecycle on Oracle Cloud or SAP platforms
• Engaging with key stakeholders, proficiently communicating in the languages of P2P, O2C, and R2R processes
• Developing and implementing change management strategies
• Conducting user analysis to understand and address user needs
• Designing and delivering training programmes to ensure smooth adoption of new systems
• Creating and distributing effective communications to support change initiatives
• Preparing a Plan of Action and Milestones (POAP) for change management activities
• Ensuring alignment between business processes and information technology

Job Requirements:

• Experience in implementing ERP solutions on Oracle Cloud ERP or SAP platforms
• Strong familiarity with Oracle Financials and Oracle Fusion
• Proficiency in P2P (Procure to Pay), O2C (Order to Cash), and R2R (Record to Report) processes
• Understanding of change management principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to conduct thorough user analysis and develop targeted training initiatives
• Experience in creating and delivering effective communication strategies
• Strong organisational and project management skills
