What will you be doing as the ERP Service Delivery Manager at Greencore?

This is an exciting opportunity because it is a new role to Greencore and therefore one that you can very much mould into your own! We are looking for you to share your knowledge and experience and lead the delivery of IT Services to meet business needs.

What you'll be doing:

1. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring alignment with our expectations and organisational standards.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement service improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and efficiency.
3. Manage relationships with suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact for service-related enquiries and issues.
4. Develop and maintain service delivery metrics and reports, analysing performance to identify areas for improvement.
5. Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and address any concerns promptly.
6. Support the professional development of team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
7. Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of service delivery and team dynamics.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating them into service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

1. Proven experience in Service Delivery management or a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of ITIL principles and frameworks including Change & Problem.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
4. Experience of service delivery of multiple ERP solutions.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects in a dynamic environment.
6. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
