Fully remote, with one day every 3 months in London

Position: ERP Implementation Consultant

This is a unique opportunity to join a 30-strong ERP software vendor that is gaining significant ground in the traditional Cloud ERP software field.

They sell a full ERP suite with professional services and advanced customer support, competing with mainstream solutions like Sage 200, SAP Business One, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, Business Central, Greentree, and NetSuite.

THE JOB

This is a new role (due to expansion) for an ERP Implementation Specialist. You will work on full ERP projects and collaborate with a Finance consultant for complex accounting implementations.

This is an exciting role for an ERP professional who would like to develop their career in the Cloud ERP software industry and join a fast-growing and independent software house, living on the edge of innovation, including AI and Machine Learning. The key to success is a highly flexible, personable, and cost-effective approach, which is highly valued by the SME target market. The role will involve vast opportunities for personal development and career enhancement.

You will work with clients through the entire implementation process:

  1. Scoping sessions
  2. User and process requirements; make recommendations against the requirements to ensure an effective solution can be delivered.
  3. Manage and deliver manufacturing, distribution, and project management system training and onboarding support to users to secure a successful go-live.
  4. Data migrations to ensure successful go-lives.
  5. Liaise with the product team on any bugs and/or system enhancement requirements.

Skills / Experience

You will have 3+ years of ERP Implementation experience working on your own projects, seeing clients from kickoff to go-live.

You will have worked on projects that have covered:

  • Finance
  • Manufacturing
  • Distribution
  • Ecommerce

Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.

Client-focused and patient with customers, a good listener with the ability to explain the technical to the non-technical.

Able to think outside the box when interacting with clients and provide workarounds where possible.

You will have a track record of working independently on multiple projects/requirements simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and properly escalating issues for timely resolution.

  • £40,000 to £55,000
  • Fully remote
  • Private medical
  • Hours of work: Full Time, 40h week, 8am start with flexibility during the day.
  • 25 Days Annual Leave.

Location and Remote Work Clarification:

This role is primarily remote-based, with regular virtual interaction and occasional in-person meetings in London or at client locations.
