Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE) | 31 Days Annual Leave | 4% Pension | Training & Development Opportunities

We are seeking a proactive Equipment & Logistics Assistant to join our clients Aberdeen-based team, supporting a global engineering business within the oil and gas industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in logistics and equipment management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in transport planning and logistics for heavy loads and container movements.
  2. Support equipment and tooling inventory management, ensuring accurate documentation.
  3. Maintain and update systems to track calibration and inspection schedules.
  4. Prepare and administer key documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, and certification records.
  5. Ensure the safe and secure packing of toolboxes and equipment containers.
  6. Adhere to Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental procedures.
  7. Identify and support business improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  8. Work closely with the Equipment & Logistics Controller to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  1. 1+ years' experience in logistics, tooling control, or warehouse operations.
  2. Understanding of engineering supplies and equipment, including hand tools and engineering equipment.
  3. Strong organisational and communication skills.
  4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to prioritise workloads under pressure.
