Job description

Job summary

Are you ready to take on an exciting new challenge?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our experienced and enthusiastic EPMA (Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration) team. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in the implementation of CMM/WellSky across the Trust, a transformative project that will enhance patient safety and streamline processes. We're looking for people with NHS experience to work alongside a supportive and passionate team.

You'll contribute to a forward-thinking programme that is set to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery. If you're looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you!

Main duties of the job

The postholder will provide essential support to the EPMA team in the overall communications and engagement within the Trust landscape and EPMA team. The role involves assisting with the smooth operation of these systems and contributing to specific projects and initiatives within the team, ensuring that all systems are effectively maintained and adhere to the highest standards.

Job responsibilities

This role ensures that system users have access to well-maintained, relevant and up-to-date systems, managed in accordance with local and national guidelines. The post holder will work methodically within the EPMA team, ensuring best practices are consistently applied across all activities, as well providing administrative support to the team and end users.

They will oversee user access management for the Trust's systems, ensuring effective control and secure maintenance in compliance with Trust, Caldicott guidelines and relevant legislation.

They will also be part of the EPMA on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support to sites as needed.

Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa. Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.
