Environmental Safety Health Position (ESH)

Location: East Camden, AR

Safety Shoes required for position.

Responsibilities
  1. Management of Critical Environmental Programs: Contractor will oversee and manage critical environmental programs, including air, chemical management, hazardous waste, SPCC, EPCRA, storage tank, and stormwater programs.
  2. Management of Air Programs: Contractor will oversee and manage the facility's minor source air permit, including compliance with all permit conditions and federal NESHAP requirements, monthly data collection and analysis, monitoring emissions limits, facilitating the permitting of new sources of air emissions, responding to regulatory inspections, periodic program self-assessment, and participation in internal audits of the air program.
  3. Management of Chemical Management Programs: Contractor will oversee and manage the facility's chemical management programs, including SDS review and approval, SDS input into the MFC SDS system of record, monthly data collection and analysis, monitoring threshold reporting limits, preparation of annual reports, participating and responding to regulatory inspections, periodic program self-assessment, and participation in internal audits of the chemical management program.
  4. Management of Hazardous Waste Programs: Contractor will oversee and manage the facility's hazardous waste program across four (4) discrete EPA ID numbers, including profiling hazardous and explosive waste, management of hazardous waste in satellite, 180-day and 90-day accumulation areas, management of universal wastes, preparation and signing of hazardous waste manifests, facilitation of hazardous, explosive, and universal waste shipments, weekly inspection of waste accumulation areas, monthly data collection and analysis, preparation of annual reports to the State, monitoring generator status limits, responding to regulatory inspections, periodic program self-assessment, and participation in internal audits of the hazardous waste management program. Contractor will require RCRA hazardous waste management training and DOT Hazardous Materials Transportation certification prior to contract award.
  5. Management of SPCC Programs: Contractor will oversee and manage the facility's SPCC program, including performing monthly inspections, reviewing the Plan annually and updating if/when material changes occur, providing training to affected employees in accordance with federal, State, local, and Plan requirements, responding to regulatory inspections, periodic program self-assessment, and participation in internal audits of the SPCC Plan and program.
  6. Management of Stormwater Programs: Contractor will oversee and manage the facility's stormwater program, including performing inspections in accordance with federal, State, and local requirements, obtaining construction permits as required, periodic data collection and reporting as required by site stormwater permits, responding to regulatory inspections, periodic program self-assessment, and participation in internal audits of the stormwater management program.
  7. Chemical and Petroleum Storage Tank Programs: Contractor will oversee and manage the facility's chemical storage and regulated petroleum storage tank programs, including preparing and submitting annual EPCRA reports (Tier II and TRI), performing required periodic inspections, annual recertifications, facilitating annual testing and inspection of the regulated petroleum storage tanks, responding to regulatory inspections, periodic program self-assessment, and participation in internal audits.
  8. Use of the Lockheed Martin ESH Management System of Record: All regulatory-required, ESH-led inspections shall be completed and/or captured in LMESH Central (Enablon), the Lockheed Martin Corporate ESH Management System of Record.
Qualifications
  1. Completed Bachelor's Degree
  2. Minimum of 6 years' experience in ESH role.
  3. Previous Experience Managing Critical Environmental Programs
  4. Previous Experience of Air Programs (compliance with permit conditions and federal NESHAP)
  5. Experience with data collection, data analysis, and preparation of annual reports.
  6. Experience preparing internal audits of chemical management programs.
  7. Previous experience Managing Chemical Programs (monitoring threshold reporting limits)
  8. Experience providing training in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements.
  9. Experience performing inspections in accordance with federal, State, and local requirements, obtaining construction permits as required, periodic data collection and reporting as required by site stormwater permits.
