Environmental Health Officer

Our client in London is recruiting for Environmental Health Officers and Principal Environmental Health Officers to undertake food premises inspections, focusing on all risk food premises under the FSA Food Law Code of Practice.

These permanent roles are set to begin in the new year.

Inspecting officers must hold one of the required baseline qualifications (e.g., Higher Certificate in Food Control, Certificate of Registration, or Diploma issued by the Environmental Health Registration Board) and have the necessary registration.

Applicants must also demonstrate competency in the Inspection of Food Establishments (Cluster 4) and possess at least 10 hours of FoodCore CPD, as outlined in the current Food Law Code of Practice and Practice Guidance.
