Daniel Owen is proud to represent a Social Housing Company in the Bexley London area who is looking for an Environmental Health Officer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and respond to complaints related to allegations of statutory nuisance.
- Assess and approve s.61 applications.
- Permit and respond to licensing consultations.
Key Knowledge:
- Working knowledge and understanding of the nuisance provisions of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
- Knowledge of licensing legislation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Construction industry knowledge.
- Social housing/local authority background.
- Degree or diploma in Environmental Health or a related subject, or significant experience within EP work.
