Environmental and Delicensing Consultant

The Role

This is an excellent Environmental & Delicensing role, working for an established organisation with a growing reputation in their industry. The Environmental & Delicensing Consultant will be an experienced individual with prior commercial experience of E&D Consultancy, eager to join a progressive and dynamic organisation. As the Environmental & Delicensing Consultant, you will have a range of knowledge and expertise in areas such as:

1. Environmental science and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
2. Radioactive materials transport & Radioactive waste management
3. Licensing & Delicensing

The successful Environmental & Delicensing Consultant will also be required to obtain valid SC clearance.

The Company

The Environmental & Delicensing Consultant will join a leading organisation in the Nuclear industry, headquartered in Oxfordshire. The Environmental & Delicensing Consultant will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking. The current work pattern in place is 2 days in the Oxford office, with occasional travel to other UK sites.

What’s Required?

The ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:

1. Prior commercial experience within a similar Environmental Delicensing role – Specifically within the Nuclear Energy sector
2. An understanding across a range of areas such as environmental science & environmental impact assessments (EIA), licensing, delicensing, and optioneering
3. The ability to gain valid SC clearance
