Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Help lead and motivate team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals. You'll play a part in fostering a positive, productive atmosphere.
2. Project Management: Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns and projects. You’ll keep track of progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
3. Performance Analysis: Analyse team performance and offer feedback and training to improve efficiency. Implement strategies to boost overall performance.
4. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues quickly. You’ll also assist with customer support and sales, especially when training new team members.
5. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties to help the management team run smoothly.
6. Training and Development: Take part in training sessions and workshops to build your management skills.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, sharing ideas and insights to improve overall operations.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Good analytical skills for making data-driven decisions.
5. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Previous leadership or management experience is a plus.
9. Flexibility to work in various locations and adapt to different environments.
