In this role, you’ll be responsible for triaging and resolving complex application issues, investigating bugs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm on an annual salary of £23,500. The role is fully office based in Shoreham and after a successful 6 months’ probation you can then transfer onto a hybrid pattern.
