As an Entertainment Podcast Producer, you will be expected to deliver the highest editorial and production standards across a full-length visualised podcast series.

The key elements of the job are:

1. Taking day-to-day charge of a visualised podcast, including working with a video editor on full length content.
2. Being responsible for idea generation, scripting, recording, editing and delivery of episodes.
3. Client and talent liaison.
4. Casting and guest booking.
5. Continually creating entertaining and informative content that is compliant and audience-appropriate.

Who are we looking for?

You’ll be someone with significant podcast production experience with a range of entertainment focused producing credits on your CV (audio & video podcasts). You will also be well versed in working with big name talent and be comfortable managing a production from end to end.

Importantly, you will have:

1. Excellent scripting skills.
2. The ability to get the best out of your host(s).
3. Developed audio editing skills (preferably Pro Tools and/or Reaper).
4. A meticulous nature.
5. A proven ability to research subject areas thoroughly and effectively using a range of sources.
6. An ability to forward plan effectively.
7. A natural propensity to be a self-starter, while also collaborating with other Producers, APs and of course an Exec.
8. A flow of new ideas and the ability to articulate them effectively.
9. Comfortable working with a video editor on video content.
10. Interest and deep knowledge of pop culture.

Location

This is a hybrid role which will require you to work from home, our London offices and in our London based studios.

Freelance Fees

Our freelance day rates vary depending on experience and scope of work from £220-£350 per day.
