As an Enterprise Sales Engineer at Send, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts within the commercial insurance space. Working closely with the sales team, you'll provide technical expertise and pre-sales support, ensuring that Send's Underwriting Workbench aligns with the complex needs of insurers.
In this role, you'll act as a technical enabler, equipping the sales team with the insights, tools, and resources needed to articulate the value of our platform. Your expertise will be key in building and maintaining demo environments, developing client-specific demos, and helping to qualify technical requirements. As part of a fast-growing team, you'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams, playing a vital part in scaling Send's presence and ensuring our solutions drive real business impact for commercial insurers in the UK and US.

Our recruitment process for the Enterprise Sales Engineer role will consist of four interviews.
Stage 1: Intro call with our in-house recruiter, Liam (30 minutes) - covering your background, motivations, and communication, and providing a chance to get to know Send and the role better.
Stage 2: Interview with our Tom Rhoades, Enterprise Solutions Lead (45 mins)
Stage 3: Technical interview with Michael Brierley and Sol Read, Engineering team (45 minutes)
Stage 4: Interview with Lloyd Peters, Head of Revenue UK & EMEA and Brad Tabor, Head of Revenue US (45 minutes)
