Technical Skills:

1. Design and implement a unified digital platform integrating various customer engagement interfaces.
2. Understand business requirements and come up with architectural/design recommendations.
3. Should be very good in communication, expressive, collaborate with distributed team on design/requirements.
4. Strategize the convergence of logged-in and public user experiences, ensuring a smooth transition and enhanced user engagement.
5. Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations for new tools and technologies.
6. Contribution to RFP and RFI for technical asks and solutions requirements.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of various systems like Zinfi, Oracle CPQ.
8. Oversee the optimization of cost-benefit ratios in technological implementations and strategies on AWS.
9. Stay abreast of the latest trends in cloud technologies, serverless architectures, and digital transformation practices.
10. Understand CI/CD process have hands-on experience on GIT and Jenkins.
11. Expertise on UML modeling using modeling tools like Sparx EA, can draw various diagrams like Component, Sequence, and Activity diagram.
12. Experience with containers and the container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
13. Desired – SAFe, Agile/Scrum methodology.

Behavioral and Teaming Responsibilities:

1. Align and interface with CXOs across business & IT to ensure digital solutions are relevant to clients' enterprise architecture.
2. Provide digital architect expertise to solution, delivery, and portfolio enablement team during development of POCs and prototypes.
3. Provide guidance around evaluating various technology options, selection of products aligned to business and technical architectures.

Core Area of Expertise:

1. Expertise across cloud native architecture, Omni-channel system of engagement, big data architecture, advanced analytics & visualization, legacy modernization.
2. Knowledge of the drivers and decision points for an organization to decide on the most appropriate digital technology solution.
3. Consultative approach to building client relationship and trust.
4. Good understanding of enterprise level "commercial off the shelf” products used in Government Sector.

Functional Relevance of Work Experience:

1. + years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.
2. + years of Industry exposure to Government Sector.
3. Certification across Spark and TOGAF.
