The Ear, Nose and Throat service is currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated person to join our team to support the consultant team in the delivery of key services and clinicians within the Surgery Division.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive secretarial support service to consultant and junior medical staff within the service. This will include organising, planning, and prioritising tasks and workload.

The post holder must be flexible in job role to carry out duties as defined by the Departmental Manager to meet the needs of the service. The post holder will be based at Royal Gwent Hospital but typing for clinics held at other sites including YYF and NHH. The post holder will be required to travel to Nevill Hall Hospital to cover workload when the secretary is on annual leave or any other absence.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
