Job description

Enhanced Support Team Clinical Support Worker (CSW)
Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust

Are you passionate about the care patients with mental health conditions receive? Would you welcome training to gain insight into mental health conditions and to be a champion for this patient group?

You may want to work on an inpatient setting but find the shift patterns difficult to accommodate around your life outside of work, but this role offers the flexibility in shift times and patterns to make it work.

You will work with our teams in NCH&C, our dedicated Mental Health nurse, patients and their families; to deliver care plans that give the best possible patient experience and outcomes.

And, to support you, you will be able to devise your own working pattern with the team, that does not have to try and fit with the normal clinical shift patterns. You will be based on a "home" ward but be expected to travel to different locations in Norfolk to support teams with patients that need your expertise. To be able to fulfil the requirements of the role you will need a full driving licence and to be able to make your own travel arrangements. If you wish to claim mileage - to have a business insurance is essential.
