Salary: Outer London Teacher’s pay scales inclusive of Outer London Weighting plus £500 Welcome Bonus. For an exceptional candidate a TLR may be available

Our fantastic, supportive Bexley Secondary School welcomes applications from both Early Career and experienced English teachers to ensure the school maintains its balanced mix of staffing. The school is looking for exceptional staff who create a supportive, encouraging and safe learning environment for all our pupils who come from diverse backgrounds and with a range of abilities.
We are seeking candidates who are able to teach English across Years 7 to 11 and possibly up to Key Stage 5. At Key Stage 4 GCSE English Language and English Literature are taught with English Literature in the school’s Sixth Form. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective teaching and learning of pupils across the ability range.
