Responsibilities

1. Develop and deliver well-structured and engaging English lessons
2. Motivate and inspire students to develop their language and literacy skills
3. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
4. Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and resources
6. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress
7. Stay up-to-date with educational developments and participate in professional development activities

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
3. Proven experience teaching English at the primary or secondary level
4. Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and assessment strategies
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
7. Strong organizational and time management skills
