5. Salary: MPS/UPS - Paid to Scale

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Holds QTS (or is on track to obtain it by Sept 2025)
2. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English Language and Literature
3. Committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
4. Keen to make a positive impact on students' progress and outcomes
