English Teacher needed for Secondary School in Southampton

We are working with an excellent, close-knit secondary school in the Southampton area, known for its supportive leadership and good behaviour. With over 800 students, this school is seeking an English teacher to begin in Spring 2025.

About the Role - English Teacher:

The successful candidate will join a team of highly experienced teachers in Southampton. You will collaborate with students to deliver outstanding lessons. This is a full-time, long-term position for a qualified teacher committed to contributing to a school with a clear vision and strong ethos.

About You:

1. A qualified teacher with a formal teaching qualification (ECTs are welcome to apply)
2. Confident English teacher for Key Stage 3 and 4 to a range of abilities
3. Passionate about English and education in general
4. Able to think on your feet and adapt to new environments
5. Eager to work as part of a supportive team within the department and the school
