English Teacher required for a long term role in Salford

Your new company
Hays are working with a secondary school in Salford that is looking to recruit an English Teacher.

Your new role
The role is to commence after Easter and will operate full time on a temporary basis until the end of the Academic Year, as a minimum. As the role is long term, you will be required to plan and prepare all lessons whilst differentiating between pupil ability. You will also be required to mark and assess all work ensuring that pupils are progressing in line with their target grades. You will be developing and delivering English across both KS3 and KS4. You will need to create a learning environment where pupils feel confident asking for support if needed, as well as ensuring all students are driven towards high achievement and are progressing well.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in securing this position, it is essential that you hold a teaching qualification with QTS and have experience of teaching English to KS3 and 4 in the UK. You must be able to commence the role after Easter and be able to commit to the full duration of the assignment.
